PILF (Professional I’d Like to Find) is your new go-to platform for discovering top-tier professionals—well, sort of.
Launched as a tongue-in-cheek April Fools’ campaign, PILF mimics the look and feel of a matchmaking app, complete with bright pink branding and playful imagery. But there’s a twist: every match leads back to us. The campaign cheekily encourages companies to “hire us,” making a bold, fun statement about our skills and expertise while giving everyone a laugh.
A match made in fun
PILF was a true team effort. The whole agency was involved in brainstorming this April Fool’s concept at one of our fortnightly jam sessions. Ultimately, we settled on the idea of a professional matchmaking app with the cheeky twist that every ‘match’ leads back to us.
The concept is a true representation of our collective sense of humour, with a little bit of creative and technical flexing wrapped in a tongue-in-cheek package. With bold pink visuals and an intuitive, swipe-based interface, PILF gave users a laugh while cleverly promoting our services in a fun, unexpected way.
A playful brand
For PILF, we designed a bold, eye-catching, and slightly gaudy brand. The logo is simple and bold, giving a cheeky matchmaker theme. It serves as a flexible brand centerpiece that easily adapts to various media—from app screens to social posts.
Supporting the logo is a clean, fun aesthetic that combines a modern interface with bright, energetic visuals. This tongue-in-cheek branding showcases our ability to inject humour into professionalism while still making an impact.
